How Do I Place an Order?+
We will review your application and notify you via email if you have been approved within 1-2 business days. After you are approved, your account will be able to view pricing and place your first wholesale order. Being that we are a B2B distributor selling only to verified retailers (not individuals), we'll ask that you schedule a quick call with one of our on-boarding specialists to learn a bit more about your business and how we can help you succeed.
Does Perma Brands have a minimum order amount?+
We don't have any minimums! This gives you the freedom to order products in eaches and quickly test which items sell best in your store.
Can I test products before I buy?+
All products are sold in eaches. case packs are not required unless otherwise stated on the product page. This allows you to test any product in your store risk-free. Combined with our Guaranteed Sale Buy-Back Program, you'll have the assurance to shop confidently.
What is the cost of shipping?+
Any orders over $900 qualify for FREE Shipping. If your order does not meet the threshold for free shipping, shipping charges will automatically be calculated at checkout depending on the size of your order and where you are located. Please keep in mind, being that we are a B2B Wholesale-Only Distributor, shipping charges do not vary too much between a $50 order and $500 order.
When can I expect to receive my order?+
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the time of receipt. Shipping times may vary depending on where you are located.
Where do you ship to?+
Perma Brands Canada ships to any business located in Canada. If you're ordering from the United States, please visit our USA site, www.permabrands.com
How can I track the status of my order?+
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation notification. Once your order is shipped out, we’ll email you the Packing Slip and Tracking Number for your order (Please note: The tracking number ONLY gets activated once the shipment is scanned in at the carrier’s facility). A few minutes after the packing slip email, you will receive a link to download a copy of your invoice.
How can I tell if my order includes any Back-ordered items?+
If your order includes any items that are currently on back order, you will be able to view this when you receive the tracking information email. If there is a back order, under the notes section, there will be an order number that begins with BO, click the link to view the items. *Please note* You are only charged for items that are shipped out, not for any items on back order. When the back ordered items become available, you will receive a separate email to confirm if you would still like to process the back order.
Do you allow selling on 3rd-party marketplaces? (Ie. Amazon, eBay)+
Selling on third party marketplaces (Etsy, Ebay, Amazon) is strictly prohibited. By signing up as a retailer, you agree to abide by our wholesale policies, including Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP) policies.
What is the MSRP for each product?+
Perma Brands is a wholesale only distributor, therefor the prices you see listed on our website is the wholesale price we charge you, the retailer. Generally, MSRP is keystone, or 2X the wholesale price. For exact MSRP, Please contact us for a line sheet.
Do you offer large volume discounts?+
If you do not meet the threshold for free shipping, shipping will automatically be calculated at checkout depending on the size of your order and where you are located.
