The D.R. Harris story is one that is over two centuries in the making, and it all started in a quiet little apothecary’s shop in the heart of London’s fashion district. Contrary to what most think, D.R. Harris, was not the founder of the company, but a contraction of the names of the two men responsible for the company’s launch: Daniel Rotely (D.R) and Henry Harris.

The company’s products were held in such high regard that they received a royal warrant from her Majesty The Queen and were also appointed as Chemists to His Royal Highness the Prince of Wales, an honour that was added to in 2012.
